Booked this company for a couple of hours of work to move some heavy things about in my garage.

The agreed arrival time went past. I called the guy and was informed that the removal guy was still in London and wouldn't be able to get to me for another 4 hours. This would have put the arrival time into the late evening and an inappropriate time to be at my property.

As such, I cancelled the service and was assured I would receive my deposit back into my account.
This never happened. I have contacted the company several times requesting they return my deposit and have been promised I will get it back each time. However, this has still never happened.

Dishonest service and company who have effectively stolen my money.

Be warned.

I was looking for a man and a van ASAP when I came across there details on gumtree. I was a bit skeptic but when I spoke to Chris he immediately put me at ease. I explained my situation and that I needed then to collect my item from Chesterfield to London the next day and my budget. Chris was extremely kind and arranged for a pick up the following day and got delivered today while keeping me informed of where the driver was. The driver and his assistant dropped it off and even brought up the stairs for me to the room I wanted it in. I will definitely use them again. Very professional, very friendly and very satisfied! Trustworthy, honest and cheap!

I used this company to collect and deliver a Facebook market place order of a sofa. I got a quote from a different company before them which was double the price! They charge reasonably and produced a proper invoice and the driver and the company owner kept me updated on the delivery as much as possible. I will be using their services again in a few weeks! Will be recommending to my friends/family.

These guys were brilliant. We hired them to do my mum's removal. They arrived promptly and started work straightaway. They communicated effectively all the way through the removal and completed in the allocated time. We would have no hesitation in hiring them again and would highly recommend. The cost of the removal was value for money and a fraction of the cost that the big removal companies charge.
